- Check-in and check-out is at 12.00 noon. Early check-in & late check-out is subjected to availability
- Guaranteed day use between 09.00 hrs 16.00 hrs will be charged at 50% of published tariff, subject to availability. Guaranteed late check-out beyond 16.00 hrs will be charged one nights' room rate
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Payments may be made by VISA and MasterCard. Payments may also be made to our bank account in Pondicherry or by cheque payable at par / demand draft.
- Full refunds available on cancellations received 7 days prior to the date of arrival, unless specified.
- No refunds available on cancellations of reservations between 20-12-2010 upto 10-01-2011.
- Full refunds available on cancellations received 21 days prior to the date of arrival on 11-01-2011 upto 15-02-2011
- In the event you do not utilize your reservation (no-show) or fail to cancel prior to the stipulated time period, there will be no refund granted.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time
